Are these kits or finished products?

Both Forge lights ship as kits: PETG-FG printed body parts plus the core modules, with documented final assembly. They are not sealed factory units.

How do I choose the right Forge model?

Compare the output, beam pattern, size, runtime, charging hardware, and assembly requirements published on each product page. Compact models suit closer work, while larger platforms prioritize sustained output or longer reach.

Where can I find assembly instructions?

Assembly information and available documentation are linked from each product page. If a step is unclear, contact support before powering the hardware for the first time.

Where do orders ship from, and is tracking included?

Orders ship internationally and every parcel includes tracking. See the shipping policy for current regions and timelines.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us with your order number and photos. Returns and replacements follow the refund policy, and a human replies within 1–2 business days.

Can I get replacement parts?

Yes. Shells, boards, and modules are replaceable, and the open-source files let you print or source many parts yourself.
