Contact support@modelyard.cc within 14 days of delivery before sending any item back. Returns must be approved before shipment.
Return eligibility
Returned items must be complete, unused, and suitable for inspection.
- Return window: request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Required condition: original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, protective materials, and included parts must be returned together.
- Approval required: returns sent without approval may be refused or may not be linked to the correct order.
Items that may not qualify
Some products cannot be returned unless required by law or approved by ModelYard support.
- Non-returnable items: custom products, opened consumables, final-sale items, gift cards, downloadable files, and items marked as non-returnable.
- Condition issues: misuse, modification, installation error, missing components, improper storage, or normal wear may make an item ineligible.
- Before opening or installing: contact support if you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return.
Return shipping and inspection
Use a trackable return method and keep the receipt.
- Customer-paid return shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a confirmed ModelYard fulfillment error or verified product defect.
- Inspection: we check item condition, packaging, accessories, and order match after the return is received.
- Review result: we will notify you whether the refund is approved or declined after inspection.
Refunds and damaged items
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
- Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items: contact support@modelyard.cc within 7 days of delivery.
- What to include: order number, photos, packaging details, and a short description of the issue.
- Resolution: we review the case and provide the next available solution based on order records and product condition.
